How do I begin the process of having something custom made?
Simply fill out the form found at the bottom of the home page.
How are costs determined?
Since every piece is made to order, and no two items are exactly alike, quotes are generated based on the following criteria:
1. Dimension/shape of furniture, 2. Intricacy of design, 3. Added/special features
Will I get to see what it will look like before it is made?
Yes, a 3D render is prepared during the "design" stage which will provide a lifelike visual on what to expect.
How will I get my custom order?
Shipping is available nationwide. However, Hand Delivery and Installation services are available within the Mid-Atlantic Region (see where we serve).
How long will it take for my custom order to be fulfilled?
Given that all of our furniture is hand crafted, there is a natural increase in wait time. However, lead time is contingent upon our current volume, size/intricacy of order and order type. As a general rule of thumb, expect extended wait times for big box furniture and shorter for small box items.
The bar will be going in our basement which has limited access. How will the bar fit through our doorway to get to our basement?
Basement bars can be customized in such a way that allows it to be broken down and placed back together to fit through any doorway or restricted space.
And no worries, the design will fit together seamlessly, so no one will ever know it came in multiple pieces.
